Dr. Darlington Erowele was born in Washington, DC, and after serving in the Air Force, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in 2002 from the University of North Dakota. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, and has lived and practiced in Katy, TX since 2007. In 2008, Dr. Darlington expanded his expertise in complex treatment plans and cosmetic dentistry by completing an Advanced Education in the General Dentistry Residency Program at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.In 2014, he opened Darling Dental Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Regular Cleanings
Along with routine examinations, your regular visits will also include professional cleanings by our skilled dental hygienist. A regular cleaning, or prophylaxis, involves the use of professional equipment to clean away deposits of plaque and tartar from every surface of your teeth. Special attention is paid to problematic areas, like between your teeth and along the gum line, to remove plaque, tartar, and food debris that you may have missed on your own. Once they are cleaned, your hygienist will polish your teeth for a smooth finish, and to inhibit oral bacteria buildup in the future.
